Like your life journey, your spiritual journey is unique. Regular meetings with a spiritual director provide a confidential setting to talk, reflect and develop your spiritual life. Because the spiritual is part of life, all experiences are material for spiritual direction.

What to expect

Spiritual direction is a three way conversation between you, me and the Holy Spirit. It begins where you are and proceeds at your pace. You determine the topic and how much to say. Together we will listen to your life and God's gentle words to you. The direction part of "spiritual direction" refers to the movement of the Spirit within you, and that I will gently encourage you to draw closer to God.

I listen prayerfully, ask questions to clarify or reframe issues, invite silence, share what I sense, and if you want, I will offer suggestions about practices for allowing God to bring healing to brokenness.

Meeting regularly together can give you courage to enter more deeply into letting the Spirit shape, stretch and lead you to new depths of trust, love and freedom.
